We know that a student’s ideal home would be shared with their closest friends during their time at university, and that’s why at Nido Spitalfields we have built shared apartments. The bedrooms are the same size as our standard studios and the added benefit of common space including a fully kitted kitchen with a dining and living area. These fabulous apartments are set to sell out fast and come in the range of 4-, 5- and 6- bedroom apartment types.

Common space features:

• Flat screen TV including Freeview. TV license included.
• A fitted kitchen including two hobs, convection ovens, fridges and kettles.
• Your shared area will include a lounging space with couches as well as full dining table and chairs.
• Not to mention amazing views of London's city through the floor to ceiling windows.

 Room includes:

• En-suite bathroom or shared bathroom for you and your neighbour with a shower, toilet and basin
• Desk with draws, shelving and chair
• Bed with storage space underneath
• Full length mirror
• Closet with hanging space and shelving
• Pin board
• Bean bag

Rate

The rate includes the following:

• All utility bills e.g. water and electricity. 
• Internet access in-room and all common spaces. With wireless in the communal area in your apartment.
• 8 overnight guest stays a month.
• Gym membership at the in-house gym on the 33rd floor.
• 24-hour security with swipe card entry.
• On-site maintenance team to ensure your home is always in working order.
