Accessible studios
At Nido King’s Cross we have 22 accessible studios for students with disabilities. The studios are fully equipped, having taken into consideration the students needs - they are well designed, spacious with modern and stylish furniture.
Room includes:
- En-suite accessible bathroom some with shower, some with baths, toilet and basin.
- In-room kitchenette.
- Desk with drawers, shelving and chair.
- Bed with storage space underneath.
- Full length mirror.
- Closet with hanging space and shelving.
- Pin board.
- Bean bag or everyday chair.
Rate
The rate includes the following:
- All utility bills e.g. water and electricity.
- Internet access in-room and all common spaces.
- 8 overnight guest stays a month.
- Gym membership at the in-house gym.
- 24-hour security with swipe card entry.
- On-site maintenance team to ensure your home is always in working order.
Rates can be based on a number of things, e.g. size of the room, location in the building and availability. For a full list of prices please visit our fees page here.
Rooms are allocated based on the best room available at that time for that room rate.
When booking the studio at the disabled rate, we will ask for a UK medical certificate confirming the disability and further documents may be required.
Nido Courtyard
Outdoor space at Nido King’s Cross means you can enjoy the best of the British summers.
Fitness Centre
Free use of the Nido gym is included in your rent. A fitness studio is also available with weekly Yoga and Aerobics fitness classes for a minimal cost.

Laundry
The communal laundry room is located in the basement level and is accessible 24 hours a day.
