Payment process

1. Application Process Fee

Amount: £35

Reason for payment:
To process your booking request. This is a one off payment and is non refundable.

2. Damage Deposit

Amount: Equal to 4 weeks rent

Reason for payment:
This is to cover any damage that may happen to your room during your stay at Nido. This will also be used to cover outstanding licence fees.

3. Advance Rent

Amount: Equal to 4 weeks rent

Reason for payment:
This covers your last four weeks at Nido.

4. Payment Plan

Amount: The total amount for you to stay, minus 4 weeks advanced rent, then divided into 2 equal payments
